Since the age of 15 years Martin has been fascinated with the functioning of the human body and the pursuit of the “holy grail” of ultimate training.
Martin’s devotion to fitness drove him to explore many ways of body conditioning including 5 Factor Fitness (The Diet and Fitness Secret of Hollywood’s A-List), yoga, bodybuilding, Tae Kwon Do, Czech Special Forces army training, P90X (Extreme Home Fitness) training system, Crossfit and Olympic weightlifting.
Martin’s personal development is ongoing and in his spare time he tests new trends and techniques which would benefit his client needs the most. Martin’s diverse experience with different training and nutrition systems enables him to design and deliver the most effective program to any type of client.
